By registering as Tutor or Student or by using the website guptasclasses.com of GUPTA’S CLASSES, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set out herein. Unregistered visitors to guptasclasses.com are also bound by these Terms and Conditions each time they visit and access this website and its contents.

1) Registration at guptasclasses.com is free for students and Tutors.
2) Tutors' and Students’ details are not displayed to public by default. When requested, only registered tutors/students details will be sent via SMS, email or by calling under terms and conditions set by GUPTA’S CLASSES.
3) If the student is below 18 years of age, parent/legal guardian permission should be taken before registration at our site. Hence all such registration will be deemed as above condition is taken care.
4) When you register as Tutor or Student you will provide genuine and accurate personal information to use the website. You will send your profile to keep it true, accurate and complete at all times. You will not register under multiple identities or personas. You cannot enter information that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Any tutor found advertising against law, his profile will be deleted with or without notice.
5) GUPTA’S CLASSES reserves the right to remove any profile if it seems unsuitable for any reason, or in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use or finding him/her in unlawful activity in future.
6) We do not foresee or provide any assurance that the tutors will help students to obtain top scores in their classes or in their examinations. And so, we cannot provide any guarantee to the students about refund of money from the tutors in case the tutors fail to help students get good scores in their exams. However, we offer amendment of tutor in case of prolonged inconsistency of a student from a particular tutor based on guardians consent and feedback.
7) GUPTA’S CLASSES takes no responsibility for any downtime of the website, or any loss/losses that are incurred as a result of site unavailability or performance.
8) These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, without any prior notification.
9) GUPTA’S CLASSES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses that result from the service, or the inability to access the service.
10) For commercial use of guptasclasses.com by any organization, such as educational agency or tutoring companies, concerned organization must contact GUPTA’S CLASSES directly at guptas_classes@yahoo.com before using the website or its contents. Commercial activity in any form without permission from GUPTA’S CLASSES management is considered in breach of our policy and will be prosecuted.
11) GUPTA’S CLASSES will not be responsible for any kind of dispute, misconduct, theft or any unlawful activity arising during interaction/class -visit/communication between student and tutor in future.
